The Zoot Tri Bag–reviewed below–is big, and durable, enough for competitions and small enough to be used as carry-on luggage.

Zoot Tri Bag Design

The beauty of the Zoot Tri Bag is in its design. Sitting at 14 inches wide, 12 inches deep, and 24 inches tall, this black/gray bag, with orange-red accents, is the perfect accompaniment for race day.

One of the major benefits the Zoot Tri Bag has over other, similar, bags, is the ability to open clam-shell. With other bags that load from the top, important items can be lost in the abyss, but with the clam-shell of the Zoot Tri Bag, that’s no longer an issue.

The bag opens up fully, and is able to lay out all of your gear in an accessible manner. No longer do you have to struggle to find socks when they are conveniently located in one of the Tri Bag’s inner compartments.

Training, and racing, is now less worrying about the transitions and more striving towards the finish line.

Triathlon Specific Features

There’s an expandable compartment on the front that holds most helmets and a separate waterproof bag, called a WetZoot, included. There are also two mesh cargo pockets for those items you need in a hurry, and a cell phone pocket on one of the straps.

Speaking of the straps, the Zoot Tri Bag straps are made with memory foam for a comfortable fit and the back panel is well ventilated to keep your back dry.

The Zoot Tri Bag can also be used as a carry-on for travel. It includes four compression straps to make a full bag smaller. There’s also an external ID card window connected to the bag to make travel so much easier.
